A little London street food van: but who is it?

Hello streaters,
I thought I’d play a little game today. After all, eating street food – especially London street food – is a fun sort of past time.
I moved house a few months ago and one morning, just as I was peddling up the road to work, I noticed a little van with a friendly face poking over of the top. We had a chat, he told me he made food and sold it from the little van wherever he felt like it (sort of) and that he was beginning to get a bit of a following.
The next time I went past the little van had disappeared but another time, this time on my way back from work, I saw a navy blue shape on the side of the road tucked in between a few cars.
The story doesn’t get any more exciting than that I’m afraid but what I can say is that the owner of the van has said he will give whoever guesses his name some free food.
So the question is, what is under the blue cover and what can you buy from it? Who knows? Well, I do, he does, and now you have to start guessing… comment below or email. We’ll close the competition – if you can call it that – on Sunday 22nd July.

He looks like a three-wheeler cousin of my purple frozen yogurt van ! I reckon he sells nice pies or pasties !
Nope, sorry…
I was going to guess Pizza Pilgrims too, a three wheeler like that squeezed past us at the StockMkt. Hhhhmm if its not them then I reckon its a trick question…..its one of the Bean about town coffee trucks?
Not a trick question and I’m afraid you’re not right…
Pies. i know it!
‘fraid not….
I think it’s a little Italian man who makes his own pasta and covers it with delicious sauces which you can smell a tube stop away….
Wrong again… keep trying..
Is it Braithwaites Tea van
Sorry Simon if its right i will share with you
You might, just might, have got it in one. Was wondering how long it would take…. All will be revealed later

Is he selling Delicones brimming with healthy food from the van? We can not live by bread alone, we also need a Delicone.
