Introducing Green Goat Food

The Green Goat wagon

A quick note to anyone hanging around in north or east London this Friday: Green Goat Food is a wagon worth checking out. Selling fresh, sustainable street food which is good enough to buy in a restaurant, Claude Compton and Jan Louis Smith have been going strong for a fortnight but already have two pitches and a night market under their belts (Camden Lock, Battersea High Street, Street Feast London).

As I mentioned yesterday, they are doing an excellent job. If you get the gurnard for lunch (I haven’t yet tried the sardines), you won’t want to go back to the office because the chances are you’ll have been tempted to buy two portions and will be sitting in a happy heap somewhere nearby.

Check out the Green Goat Food seller page here.
